Terms

Terms for this site and its public record.

Who operates this site

Automedha operates this website and publishes its content. These terms cover the public website, its machine-readable feeds, access-request process, email subscription, and the question-answering interface. Separate written terms govern any private-beta participation or paid service.

Private-beta requests

Sending an access request does not create an account, guarantee admission, reserve capacity, or form a commercial relationship. We may accept, decline, or ask for more information based on the agent and its operating constraints. A separate agreement must define any beta access we grant.

Published content and license

Blog posts, diagrams, social cards, and machine-readable versions are all rights reserved by Automedha, unless a specific item states another license. A Markdown alternate carries the same rights as its rendered article. Linking to public pages and quoting limited excerpts with attribution do not transfer ownership.

Acceptable use

You may read, link to, and use the public interfaces for their intended purpose. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with rate limits, probe data belonging to another person, submit malicious payloads, or disrupt the service. Coordinated security research belongs under the process on the security page.

Information, not advice

The site describes product behavior and engineering decisions. It does not provide legal, financial, compliance, investment, or security advice. Verify any decision against your own requirements and the written terms that govern your use of the private beta.

Product boundaries

Private-beta features can change, pause, or remain unavailable while evidence and controls are reviewed. Public pages describe only the boundary supported when they are published. They do not promise a visual studio, arbitrary customer-code deployment, universal template availability, published prices, or uninterrupted service.

Third-party services and links

Automedha relies on third-party runtime services and may link to external sources. Those services and sites have their own terms. A link identifies a source or destination; it does not make Automedha responsible for external content.

Warranty and liability

The public site and its materials are provided as available, without warranties that are not stated in a signed agreement. To the extent the law permits, Automedha is not liable for losses caused by reliance on public content, service interruption, or third-party services. A signed beta or commercial agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.

Changes and contact

We update the date on this page when these terms change. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply to later use. Send questions about these terms or content permissions to hello@automedha.ai.
